There is a room contingent for participants of the meeting until January 22, 2024. Until that date, a room for single use costs € 117,00 to 123,00 per night including breakfast. Please consider that rooms may be booked out after this date.

Rooms for Side Meetings

The Kongresshotel Potsdam offers various facilities for meetings. 

A room of 100 m² is already booked for side meetings. Please contact the PLANT 2030 managing office to reserve a time slot.

Do you require childcare during the conference?

We understand that attending a conference can sometimes pose challenges for those with parental responsibilities. To support our participants, we are pleased to offer the option of booking professional childcare services through Kurzzeit-Kinderbetreuung (KuKi) for the duration of the conference. KuKi is a trusted childcare provider dedicated to creating a safe and engaging environment for children.
